Creating your Tabster profile

Add your name, username, bio, and payment methods. Customize by adding your profile picture and choosing your claimed items design theme.

Payment methods linked will be available to your friends to pay you back.

This is the step that decides how quickly you get paid. When someone taps Pay on a bill you covered, Tabster hands them to whichever app you have linked with your details already filled in. So there is no moment where they have to ask how you want the money.

Link more than one if you use more than one. Different friends default to different apps, and the more overlapping payment methods you have with the friends paying you back, the more flexibility for the group in choosing payment methods. So that one friend who only uses Zelle can pay you back in a couple taps, no questions asked.

Your username is the @handle friends use to tag you in comments, so it is worth picking something recognizable rather than something clever.

Which app a friend gets sent to, and whether the amount is filled in for them, depends on the method. See paying with Venmo, PayPal or Cash App.
